Is everybody excited over the amazing costumes of Darren Aranofsky's Black Swan?

The psychological melodrama is opening December 3 and will be showcasing the Swarovski encrusted tutus plus a powerful cast including Natalie Portman and Mila Kunis. Natalie Portman is also getting the Oscar buzz for her amazing performance in this movie.

According to some friends who were able to go to the advance screening of the film, the stunning costumes nearly upstaged the powerful acting chops of the two leading stars.

The whole world is buzzing on who will design Kate Middleton's wedding dress. This is one of the biggest fashion decisions that the princess-to-be will face. Everybody is guessing that she will choose Daniella "Issa" Helayel, Kate's favorite designer. But is she the IT designer?

It is a British Royal Wedding so there is a substantial pressure to choose an English (born) designer. I guess that eliminates Issa because she was born in Brazil? She is already becoming a big name in the fashion industry because Kate has been asking her to design most of her dresses in high profile events. So yes, Issa will be the IT designer of the decade but she will not be designing the wedding dress.

According to Deborah Joseph, editor of Brides Magazine, Kate's decision could define the bridal wear for the next decade just like how Diana influenced the choice in the '80s where her gown became the most copied wedding dress in history.

Unless she wants to shock the whole world, we should all be expecting a clean and precise minimalist cut. Any more ideas?

After eight years of on-and-off romance, Prince William finally popped the question to Kate Middleton on a recent trip to Kenya. We've already seen the 18 carat sapphire ring surrounded by diamonds. Now, it's time to wait on who will design her wedding dress.

There is no denying that Kate is a stylish girl because she's often photographed wearing designer clothes but expect something that reflects her personal style - simple and safe. Would that rule out Dame Vivienne Westwood? (Remember that dress that Carrie wore in Sex and the City?) How about Elizabeth Emanuel because she designed Princess Diana's dress? For sure it will be a British designer.

We're now finally getting a peak of the luxury styling of Mr. Ford (as he now prefers to be called). Vogue has released photos of Tom with his handpicked models like Beyonce, Julian Moore and Lauren Hutton wearing his latest collection.

He's very careful on who's going to wear his clothes.

"To put something out that's going to be in a store in six months, and to see it on a starlet, ranked in US magazine next week? My customer doesn't want to wear the same thing she saw on a starlet!"

He also admitted that there are certain celebrities whom he would love to see wear his designs.

"I’ll wait to see who’s nominated for the Oscars. Then I will offer to dress one person."

Only brave ladies can wear the 9 inches tall Sky Heels, billed as the tallest heel available in the market. It is scheduled to be released next year at a price less than $100.

We've seen Lady Gaga and Victoria Beckham wear the "impossible to stand on shoes" which are about 6 inches tall but can anyone survive wearing the Sky Heels? I bet you Dr. Scholls and the home healthcare stores will be happy when these pair will be released because of all the accidents that it will cause.

Nice but scary so beware.

The eccentric singer will grace the cover of American Vogue on March 2011 spring fashion issue. Lady Gaga previously appeared on the Hansel and Gretel inspired issue of Vogue in December 2009 but after the Met Ball incident, where Anna Wintour complained on national television about how Gaga inconvinienced the whole affair, her chances of getting into the cover was slim. It will be interesting to see how the issue will turn out.
